**Return Policy**

We want you to love your IronGlow shelf. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

**Return window:** 30 days from delivery.

**Condition required:** Unused and in original packaging.

**How to start a return:** Email support@ironglow.com with your order number and reason for
return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

**Refund method:** Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is
received.

**Return shipping cost:** IronGlow covers return shipping.

**Damaged or defective items:** If your shelf arrives damaged or defective, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
